Out of the Woods was an idea that sprang from loving and learning to bake gluten-free. After being diagnosed with Celiac in 2021, I had to adjust my diet. It’s hard to come by a variety of decent and flavorful gluten-free baked goods. That’s where Out of the Woods can come in for you!

Are you tired of the same old chocolate chip cookie? …or that bland, basic bread? Do you often find yourself feeling overly restricted when trying to adhere to a gluten-free diet? You absolutely shouldn’t feel that way! I encountered this very challenge myself and took it upon my shoulders to recreate the delicious baked goods that I once loved. Now, everyone can savor the joys of a gluten-free lifestyle without the adverse effects or feelings of guilt that can come with it.
