Out of the Woods was an idea that sprang from loving and learning to bake gluten-free. After being diagnosed with Celiac in 2021, I had to adjust my diet. It’s hard to come by a variety of decent and flavorful gluten-free baked goods. That’s where Out of the Woods can come in for you!

You absolutely shouldn’t feel that way! I encountered this very challenge myself and took it upon my shoulders to recreate the delicious baked goods that I once loved. Now, everyone can savor the joys of a gluten-free lifestyle without the adverse effects or feelings of guilt that can come with it.

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Out of the Woods Bakery is absolutely incredible and one of the reasons we keep coming back to the Roswell Farmers Market! Ashley does an amazing job creating gluten-free baked goods that actually taste and feel like the real thing — something that is so hard to find. Her cinnamon buns are phenomenal, the blueberry muffins are packed with flavor (and I love that she picks her own fruits whenever possible), and the challah bread has the perfect taste and texture that I honestly thought I’d never have again gluten free. On top of that, her prices are extremely fair. So many places price gouge for gluten-free products, but Ashley keeps her items competitively priced and absolutely worth every penny. You can truly taste the care, quality, and passion she puts into everything she makes. I highly recommend OOTW to both gluten and gluten intolerant eaters alike!
